How do I pay?
By credit or debit card through Paynet, a licensed Turkish payment provider. Your card details are never stored on SendFile servers.
Which currency am I charged in?
Prices are set in US dollars. Your card is charged in Turkish lira at the current exchange rate, and the exact amount is shown on the payment page before you pay. Your bank may add a foreign transaction fee.
How many people can be on Teams?
From 2 to 50 users. You choose the number of seats on the payment page and can add more later.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. You pay once for the period you choose (monthly or yearly). We remind you 7 days and 1 day before it ends, and renewing early keeps your remaining days. If you don’t renew, your account moves to the free plan 3 days after the end date; your files are not deleted.
