Does the recipient need an account?
No. They click the link and download the files. You can send without an account too; with one, you can track all your transfers in one place.
How large can my files be?
Up to 2 GB per transfer without an account, 3 GB with a free account, 100 GB on Ultimate and 1 TB on Teams. Files upload in chunks, so if your connection drops the upload picks up where it left off.
How long are my files kept?
You choose: 1 to 40 days. Transfers over 10 GB can be kept for up to 20 days. When the period ends, files are permanently deleted from our servers.
Can I protect a link with a password?
Yes. Open the options under the panel and set a download password. Without it, nobody can see or download the files.
Where are files stored?
On servers in Turkey. Your files are not sent abroad or passed to third-party cloud services, and every upload is scanned for malware.
How do I know my files were downloaded?
When a transfer sent from your account is downloaded for the first time, we email you. The Transfers page shows the time and device of every download and, for emailed transfers, which recipient downloaded; you can remind the others with one click.
